Meet Jennifer

As a Client Service Associate, Jennifer is passionate about providing clients with exceptional client care and service.  She brings value with her extraordinary attention to detail and service-with-a-smile approach.  Jennifer is dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth and development. She loves a challenge and enjoys learning the different facets of an ever-evolving industry.

Jennifer has over 20 years’ experience as an administrative professional within multiple industries.  She worked in Real Estate as the Final Title policies department, and as an escrow technician.  While living in Las Vegas, Nevada, from 2007 through 2010, she worked in Commercial Property Management, as a property administrator, assisting to manage over a half a million square feet of commercial property.  Upon returning to the Tri-Cities, she worked in Accounting for a Certified Public Accounting Firm as the office manager/ bookkeeper.  For a brief time, Jennifer also held an Entry-level Marketing associate position with a worldwide tax preparation organization, supporting non-profit organizations.  In 2017, Jennifer joined the Financial Management, Inc. team in Financial Services.

Jennifer loves spending time with her children, Noah and Miya, playing, learning, and seeing the world through their eyes.  When she has time, she loves to read, bake cookies, plant flowers, go for leisurely drives, and shop for bargains.
